Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment after one of the following is received:

• Full payment, 
• or A valid Purchase Order (PO)

For Purchase Orders, payment terms are Net 30, with payment due within 30 days of order receipt.

Orders ship within one (1) week from the date of order once payment has cleared or the PO has been formally accepted. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination.

Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after payment acceptance and shipment processing. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and destination.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. 

International Shipments & HS Code

International shipments are classified under:

HS Code: 2530.90 "Mineral substances not elsewhere specified or included."

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations. 

Duties, Taxes & Special Delivery Requests

For special delivery terms such as DDP (Delivered Duties Paid):

• Any applicable taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or import-related charges incurred by the shipper will be added to the final quote or invoice.
• These costs must be paid prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For shipments sent under standard delivery terms:

• The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees required by their country.

Returned Shipments Due to Unpaid Duties

Refunds will not be issued for shipments returned due to unpaid taxes, duties, or import fees.

If a shipment is returned for this reason:

• The customer is responsible for all reshipment costs, including additional shipping charges, duties, and fees.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
