Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment after one of the following is received:

  • Full payment, or

  • A valid Purchase Order (PO)

For Purchase Orders, payment terms are Net 30, with payment due within 30 days of order receipt.

Orders ship within one (1) week from the date of order once payment has cleared or the PO has been formally accepted.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another approved carrier depending on package size, weight, destination, and service availability.

Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after payment acceptance and shipment processing. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, customs processing, and destination.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

International Shipments & HS Code

International shipments are generally classified under:

HS Code: 2530.90 — “Mineral substances not elsewhere specified or included.”

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations, including any restrictions, documentation requirements, or permits required for import.

International Duties, Taxes & Delivery Terms

International orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms by default when duties, taxes, and import-related charges will be collected by the customs agencies.

For shipments arranged under DAP or other non-DDP terms, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges required by their country or the carrier upon import.

Customers who prefer DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping instead of DAP may contact Space Resource Technologies before placing an order at info@spaceresourcetech.com.

Under DDP terms, applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, and other import-related charges may be included in the checkout total, final quote, or invoice. These charges must be paid prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returned Shipments Due to Unpaid Duties or Import Fees

Refunds will not be issued for shipments returned due to unpaid taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or import-related fees.

If a shipment is returned for this reason:

  • The customer is responsible for all reshipment costs, including additional shipping charges, duties, taxes, and fees.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any return, customs, or carrier fees charged to Space Resource Technologies may be deducted from any eligible refund or added to the customer’s invoice.
